Please complete the survey from NAHMS today!
In early April, you should have received a survey from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Animal Health Monitoring System (NAHMS). The purpose of the survey is to identify current management practices used on heifer-raising facilities and to determine existing or future trends within the industry.
If you have not done so already, please complete the survey and mail it back to the DCHA office before the end of May. DCHA believes that the results from this study will help shape the future of the dairy calf and heifer industry, so your input is greatly needed!
Thank you in advance for participating in this benchmark study. If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Jason Lombard at NAHMS, jason.e.lombard@aphis.usda.gov.
