Contents will be verified each issue. Ads will be billed after publication of each issue. Cancellations received after closing date will be assessed a 50% surcharge for ad space reserved.
MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS
All artwork should be submitted at 100% and should match specified ad sizes. Any revisions or modifications that need to be made in artwork will be charged to advertiser in addition to current ad space rates.
Specs: Ads may be up to 4-color for standard price. Finished size is 2” X 4”. Please submit hi-res (300 DPI) files in JPG or EPS format to hdads@hoards.com. Please direct all correspondence to Nancy Soucek, 636/449-5077.
DISCOUNTS & TERMS
Package discounts apply to advertising in Heard in the Hutch, Heifer Notes and DCHA Resource Directory. Additional 10% discount for advertising in any two. Additional 15% discount for advertising in all three.
No cash discounts. Invoice payments due 30 days after invoice date. A late charge of 1.5% per month will be made on outstanding accounts after 30 days.
GENERAL RATE POLICY
Orders beyond six months at rates then prevailing. Publisher reserves right to revise rates upon a six-month notice to clients validating all orders extending beyond the six-month period at new rates when applicable. DCHA retains the right to decline any advertisement that is not deemed to be in the best interest of the dairy calf & heifer growing industry and DCHA.
